System hangs sometimes

Hello, sometimes I notice (not always) that the system hangs. Be it at the time of loading (in the entrance), sometimes it also happens when entering some game (whatever it is). It does not always occur, but causes doubt. I use x64 version 5.8. I use the system on a Sata HD, Recalbox installed on one FAT32 partition and the other partition is on Ext (which it creates itself).

I also tested the HD using CrystalDiskInfo and HD Tune.

hard to say. may be related to the gpu not well supported or the hard drive, but while it's not a usb stick or an sdcard, it might be one. hard to say. can you confirm on several computers ?

nadenislamarre Maybe it's the GPU. I'm using an onboard. It's a Intel HD 2000, it's a very old onboard anyway. The OpenGL (i think), it's a 3.1 or 3.3. Maybe it's that. I think it's unlikely to be the HD because of the amount of testing I did with it. I'll see if I test the HD on other computers. Thanks for the answer.

Yeah, i tested on a SSD (i even used a usb case) and it does exactly the same thing. Too bad for me 🙁

wwsnkneo Here the batocera works well in version 5.8 using a pen. The kodi came back to work on my xbox360 controller. I am still waiting to correct the problem of shaders not being applied to the emulators after choosing.

I installed an older version (the 5.4 to be more exact) and curiously it now works normally.
