N64 games won't start

I am having troubles loading n64 games thanks for the help

have you try to switch the core? try it on one gme -> choose game -> press elect -> go to the last menue point (advanced game option) switch “Emulator” from auto to libreto -> Try other cores.

Most of my post are really long but I make this one short.
Try to switch your core, emulator, to a LibRetro one. They have better support in my opinion.
You might have over looked this because most if not all games when used are in Zip or 7z format. You never mentioned if your games are using a 7z or a Zip extension, for N64 on Batocera only the LibRetro emulators allow use of Zip and 7z file extensions or archives in general..
I know the non-LibRetro ones Mupen64 emulators looks better and go full screen but N64 games are giant in size especially when talking about roms.
Go into the menu, I think space bar on a keyboard is the default and change the N64 emulators to a libRetro one and try your roms out.

Also I am sorry for the add on post, when troubleshooting rom emulator loading also be sure to attempt to use the game extracted, non-archived, if you have only tried it with it packed or in the 7z and Zip format.
This way maybe you can find out that if it is not working archived in the 7z or Zip format, than you know you may have a emulator that is does not support archive formats and you can get answers for your self faster and get back to playing faster. because all you would need is a different emulator or core.
