I have problems on both platforms as I can configure each emulator, with the options of the batocera menu I cannot, if I change the resolution settings to native from the file explorer (pressing F1 and in applications) I can play without problems but when I return To the batocera menu I open the game and it returns me to the resolution I had before and I cannot play.

fixed in version 5.27 (you can test the current beta from here: https://forum.batocera.org/d/4347-batocera-527-beta1)
in 5.27 you can set internal emulator resolution via ES under Game Settings, Per System Advanced Configuration, Nintendo Gamecube/Wii
