well, for using a specifing core you need to specific romset, putting a rom and changing cores hoping it will work simply doesn’t work most of the time.
so try to do that first, find a 0.139, 0.78 and 0.78+ romsets and use with the coresponding core only.
also depending on the type of romset (merged, non-merged, split) and the rom itself, you might need aditionnal roms to make it work, so better copy the full romset
