How do I update (No Internet on Device)/Manually

I have a handheld emulator (RK2020) I am trying to update to the latest version of Batocera. The device doesn’t have Wifi. Is there anyway to store the Update file on the MicroSD and install it that way or to update the MicroSD on my computer without flashing it and losing the games i currently have on the SD.
