Joystick selector for Emulator

Hi, Nice system. But i have one question. How can i bind a joystick to an emulator. I have plugged a SNES, NES and a PSX Controller to the System. When i will SNES i go to COntroller Setup and select Player SNES Controlelr 1 and Player 2 SNES Controller 2. Can i set it that the SNES use always this Controller. In retropie was ist possible through a program Joystick selection. How can i do it here? Thank you! Sincerely Bonkersdeluxe

bonkersdeluxe hi! How do you connect the NES controller? By usb converter or by the GPIO? Are you using genuine nes controller or usb one? Thanks
