Batocera linux 5.8 without sound

I am having problem with batocera linux on my notebook in which the sound does not work at all for any sound output, nor for speakers, HDMI output and etc. My laptop is an HP pavilion g4 - 2117br with AMD a6-4400m, so please correct this problem if possible, because of this I am using Lakka OS for obligation, since it works everything normal in my Note !!!

marleyap Here on my pc running batocera 5.8 on a pen and the audio coming out of the on-board card is working and xbox 360 wirelles control is working normal.

yes, there is job on this subject. however, i've no hardware with such issue, so, i don't really know how to fix it.

marleyap sorry no. But My old pc with more than 10 years is working well with nvidia board.

I've noticed mine shows 0 for audio and when I adjust it then go back it doesn't save. Next time I enter it is 0 again. Can you confirm?

KryPtAlIvIaN Yes, the volume system always stays at zero, I put 100% more never saved.

I have the same problème on ZOTAC nano AD10 with AMD e350 chipset. For helping, has i can remember, openelec team haved the same probleme with this AMD chipset.
