Retroarch shortcut

Is there any way to access Retroarch from Batocera main menu, like a shortcut?

I know how to do it typing F1 or after loading a game, but I’d like to have a shortcut in the main menu.

I do only know those 2 possibilities you mentioned (F1 in ES and Hotkey + B while in Game).
Are those not short/quick enough for you?

Another alternative could be, to access the retroarch config files via ssh, but i don’t think this is faster (but maybe if you create scripts somehow?)
Why do you need a shortcut in the main menu? what do you want to do?

joinski I’d like to create a fast and friendly access to use my physical CDs in Retroarch, which is available since the last version. I have dozen of them and I enjoy the experience to use the real midia.

Nowadays I do this after loading any game, but it’d be awesome has this option inside Batocera.
