[SOLVED] Synology NAS - problem to store ROMS

Hello! I am using Synology NAS, it works perfectly and it’s visible by all clients. My RPi3 is on the same network connected by WiFi, internal (ie. Kodi has access to NAS) and external networks work. However I can’t get to work Batocera to set to use the roms folder created on the NAS. My batocera-boot.conf:

sharedevice=NETWORK
sharenetwork_smb1=ROMS@192.168.1.39:roms:username=prezes,password=xxx

Any clues? Thank you.

I see the Batocera once started is not connected to the network, it takes sometime to establish WiFi connection. That’s might be a reason? Is wired connection must be to get it to work?

/tmp/mountNetwork.err says:
mount: mounting 192.168.1.39:/volume1/roms on /userdata/roms failed: Network is unreachable

So, the question is:

How to set Batocera to connect to WiFi before it tries to mount network folder?

@[deleted] pointed out the solution in the other topic. So if anyone facing the same issue, here’s the solution.

Kindly add the sharewait=30 to batocera-boot.conf. It works!

Explanation: It’s a 30 seconds pause before the Batocera will mount the network folders and it’s enough time to establish WiFi connection.

EDIT: After start the Raspberry it doesn’t work. The solution is reboot Batocera from main menu. After 2nd attempt, it works.
