an other screen problem

After multiple struggles to successfully run this OS (I had less struggles on my Pi1 B + and retropie), I have a small problem that I cannot manage so I come to see if someone would have a solution .
When I start a ROM, the game launches fine but I only see the upper left corner of the game screen and it fills the screen between the borders of the console illustration. You will admit that it is not the most practical for playing! 😅

So if anyone has the solution, I’m into it. However, I am only a beginner so don’t be stingy in the details in explaining the solution. Thanks in advance to anyone who wants to help me.

hardware / software used: Rpi4 4Gb / Batocera 5.27 / Xbox controller

What kind of monitor/TV do you use?
Do you have this issue on other Monitors/TVs also?
Did you already try with 5.27.2 from here?:

Hi Joinsky,

I use batocera 5.27 20200912 (available in the donwload section of batocera.org).
My screen is my TV (Brand : LG, HD Ready) but I will test on a PC screen.

Test on an other screen (reused 15.6″ laptop) and lt’s the same thing 😢
