Completely lost audio via HDMI after upgrading to version 5.27

Hello. After updating Batocera to version 5.27, audio via NVidia HDMI completely disappeared. I tried to update to version 5.27.2, but it didn’t fix the problem. At the same time, there is sound on the analog output. Rolled back to version 5.26 and the sound is back.

interestingly, the sound was lost, including in kodi. It was through him that I found out that only the analog output works.
first of all, I followed the link you provided and tried different options for restoring audio. but unfortunately nothing helped…

Hi,
i’m encountering the exact same problem with the 5.27.2 version of Batocera, and the Kodi-workaround did not work for me, it did work for the past version but not with the 5.27.2. The analog output is normally functionning when selected.

After some research on the internet, it seems that it’s not an isolated issue, did you guys find a fix to this?

Same here hopefully they fix this ASAP on raspberry pi 3 by the way I’m a noob
