People please remember that ScreenScrapers is not a Batocera controlled website, Batocera only uses an API, which is a program or piece of code that interacts with Batocera system and the ScreanScraper website. Other software or called Front-Ends can do this as well. I do not work for either group, but asking a person here when will it work or things about ScreanScrapers will likely not be helpful to you because this is not ScreanScraper and you should attempt to ask them on their forums, it may be more helpful for you and get you a faster answer.
Think of it like this, if your email service provider was not working, like yahoo or proton mail, would you ask on ASUS website because they make the motherboard for your computer?
ScreanScrapers is a French website but it is translated fairly well, also they are very nice there they will help with stuff no problem I am sure.
Remember there is always GamesDB to scrape from.
