Laptop HDMI Out not working

HDMI out works in Windows but not in Batocera.
xrandr says “HDMI-2 disconnected” … it isn’t. Reboot into Windows and it works instantly.
I see other threads about HDMI Out no working but I think my issue is different. Let me know if not and which thread I should take a second look at.
Tried fresh installs, using Nvidia drivers, not using Nvidia drivers, and nothing works.
Only eDP-1 (Laptop Scren) shows up in Batocera as a selectable video output.

Edit: You have to SSH into Batocera and run the command batocera-hybrid-nvidia it will then do some stuff then reboot and HDMI out will work. Can someone please add this to the Wiki? I found this in the comments on a reddit post. Did some googling and can’t find it referenced anywhere else.

Do you have any suggestions for the wiki, how to describe this in a better / more detailed / more understandable way?

Are you saying that was there the whole time and I was just being oblivious? I did a ctrl+f and searched ‘hybrid’ just to make sure before posting it was not on the wiki and didn’t find anything.

I don’t know, when it was added to the wiki. I just saw, what is written there at the moment.
Is it okay this way or is there still something missing, that should be added?

I think someone stealth added it to make me sound like a crazy person. 🤣

It could say that HDMI out won’t work without that enabled. Because I had no problems using the laptop screen. I got full speed in all the games and everything worked with just the Nvidia=True config edit. The only thing that not enabling hybrid broke was HDMI out.
