last update dont load games

In the last update (29) the games do not load, the video stays running (I have it with videos of the games) but nothing else works, it does nothing when pressing buttons

PC, Raspberry, Odroid? storage in microsd, pendrive, harddisk (filesystem format?)? system emulated? rom format? More details please.

Same problem here… Rp3 b, sd and hard drive.

Hello,
I have the same problem since version 29 on a RPI 3B+ on microsd.
Did not work at all for every games of every systems i have tested (nes, snes, genesis, mastersystem, neogeo, cps-I, cps-II, cps-III, taito, n64 and so on).
It was working correctly with 5.27.
Same problem with 2 differents RPI3B+.

I have solved my problem !
Apparently there is a problem with the option ''Use OMX player (HW accelerated)". It was enable, I disabled it and now all is working fine.

System Settings > Developer >Use OMX player (HW accelerated)
