I’m running Batocera 5.29 on my N2+, and originally used a 2.4ghz WiFi dongle from hardkernel with success - the dongle was able to successfully connect to my 2.4ghz network and have only had a couple of hiccups in the past couple weeks of using it.
I switched to the WiFi 5A module, and tried connecting to my 5ghz network. I’m able to see both my 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks from the network menu on the UI, and am able to select either network to connect to. Problem is I can’t connect to either network after selecting. I’ve rebooted the N2+ several times and re-entered my WiFi passwords for both networks to try to get it to work, and still no luck. If I switch back to my 2.4ghz dongle, I’m able to connect to my 2.4ghz network with no issues.
In case this info is helpful, on the WiFi 5A module, I do see the blue light on it flash a few times immediately after selecting network and entering the password, but the flashing stops shortly afterward.
Anyone else run into this problem, or found a way to resolve it? Thanks in advance.
