Running MAME 0.184 roms ?

Hey guys

I would like to Play several Games in mame 0.184 like Club Kart and Sega racing tv

Would the Games work ?

Mame is for me a conpleteley new System so i dont know anything about it !

Did i need a bios ?

Is it the Same like psx Games ? Roms in Rom folder and bios in bios folder ?

Where i can get all the Files ?

some games work with mame0139, if this game use chd file dont work on batocera

I dont know what Young mean with chd
