Screen freeze hdmi port

I everybody,
i have a problem with my tv screen (Philips ).
the screen Always freeze and sometime stay black when i boot my rpi4, so it’s impossible to use it.
i’m on the hdmi port on tv and on rpi4 and the last version of batocera.
i have think, the TV is too old !… but when i put the SD card with Recalbox, i have no problem of screen, all is very clean…
do you have an idea to fix the problem ?

Last information on my other tv plasma, i have no problem with the same config. Rpi4+batocera+hdmi…the screen is clean.

Hi! I have the same problem and I think issue in the drivers. Pi 4 have different architecture. So we need to wait, when new drivers will be able.

Hi, i come back a gain,
because I made by mistake the update of the beta version 30-20210302, the problem of the screen that freezes came back…
How can I find the previous beta 30 that was working?

What is the highest resolution & refresh rate of the TV?

Did you replace the config.txt file with the config64.txt file?

Freeze, it is not the good term.
In fact, the image of screen jump and jerks.
I have Philips tv screen with hdmi port, spécification :
LCD WXGA TFT, 1366×768p, 8 ms, résolution : 640×480(60hz), 800×600(60hz), 1024×768(60hz).
With batocera normal version 29, that make the problem, but with the beta 30-20210210, that work very well.
Then with last beta 30-20210302, the problem came back…
