joinski thank you for your help. I was able to fix it. The problem was with controller configuration from ES. I have configured a similar controller of zebronics (same model number) and it got spoiled. After which I bought a new one and have use it without configuring, thinking that it should work from the configuration of the other zebronics controller. And it work for other system but not for GameCube. So when I reconfigure from the ES, now it is working.
