[Themes Edit] Emulate on Windows

Is there any way I can perform the modifications to the theme and view the direct result on my computer screen? Without me having to keep turning the raspberry on and off with every modification of the files (too slow by the way)? I do not want to waste any more time on this.

I tried doing this with VirtualBox and I was able to emulate a Windows image of Batocera. But the image of Raspberry could not emulate. Even if I could, how would I change the themes? =((

Can anyone help me solve this problem???

you don't need to restart the raspberry, from ssh: /etc/init.d/S31emulationstation restart
or better, from linux, just compile and run es.
