Batocera changing Windows Clock

I installed Batocera on a external hd and works fine, but every time that i use the batocera and boot on the main HD back to OS, the hour on windows is set to GMT-0, but where i live is GMT+3, so every time that i play on batocera and i return to Windows, my windows clock is 3 hours wrong. The clock on mobo is right. What i should do?
Windows 7 64 bits.

Common problem when using any linux and windows on the same computer.
I'd suggest setting Windows to think the bios time is UTC.

From now on, your BIOS time should always be UTC and let windows timesync normally.

In Batocera version 32 this will be fixable without changing Windows settings. In Batocera script named “/boot/boot-custom.sh” with content

#!/bin/bash

if test "$1" != "start"
then
  exit 0
fi

TZ=Europe/Paris
hwclock --systz --localtime

will set BIOS RTC clock to timezone from “TZ=” line. This line must be corrected as needed!

NostalgicD From Batocera itself, is the path /boot/boot-custom.sh or /boot/boot/boot-custom.sh?

NostalgicD Any time I tried access the /boot/boot folder to drop in the .sh file I have, I’m barred and told it’s ‘read only’. I try to create a file from scratch to manually input the string for this and am told the same thing while using batocera’s built in file explorer.

I can’t figure how to transport the .sh file using Putty.

Atari That’s my question too. Also: I’m barred from dragging the config file into any folders in the boot folder.
