Sound driver problem

Hy everyone!

I’m not really familiar with Batocera (Or Linux). I just bought an arcade machine for my kids that is using this emulator. I don’t know what they did but sound stopped working. I remember there used to be an audio board name in the “sound config” option, but now I just get “auto” or “custom”. Volume is set to 0% on default and cannot be changed. Any ideas?
