I’d say AMD mesa drivers are missing, these are the files under /lib32
- libvdpau.so.1
- libvdpau.so.1.0.0
- libvdpau_nvidia.so
- libvdpau_nvidia.so.1
- libvdpau_nvidia.so.460.39
I miss libvdpau_radeonsi.so
Yep, that’s it.
I’ve installed an ubuntu on a pendrive, installed some packages and picked a few files under /usr/lib/dri, /usr/lib/va/drivers /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri/:
- libvdpau_radeonsi.so
- radeonsi_drv_video.so
Dependencies /lib/:
- libbsd.so.0
- libtinfo.so.6
- libtinfo.so.5
- libLLVM-9.so.1
- libedit.so.2
- libbsd.so.0
Placed in my batocera and there’s no error about “Failed to initialize VAAPI” like before.
