I am actually in the process on doing this using different types of computer hardware settings, like going from Intel Celeron, i3 and i5, to AMD architecture, also using different video chipsets, it will take a while to complete them all but once I am done I will post a full report of my testing. I can already tell you that Gamecube, Dreamcast, PSP and Jaguar make a big different on where you run it, specially on the Processing power, I have only make those work successfully well only on i5 and up, or AMD A4 and up using compatible motherboards with build in video chips, anything below that and it will drop performance, and anything below it like a Celeron even Quad Core it just will not run at all. My next test will be using NUC computers and see how well does perform.
