try this, run any other game and open the psx menu, look for the option that said Parasite Eve Fix and enable it (it should be next to the inuyasha fix), then save the setting as a core state, it should now allow you to run the game, make sure that you see the load core state successful on the bottom left corner of the screen when you start the game, hope this works.
