Kodi Web Intertface ?

Hello,

I discovered Batocera for a few days and I am confronted with a problem. Once I'm on Kodi, I can not access the web interface of Kodi, ditto for certain extensions of Chrome like "Play to Kodi" ...

How do I access it because I use it every day !?

Did you check the settings menu of kodi to see if they were turned off?

Yes, it is activated in the options of Kodi but when I type the IP address I arrive systematically on the pages with the controllers but not on Chorus ...

botteur i think you ve to change the port in kodi while it is already used by the virtual controller

Hi, i'm still trying to set the port of webserver in kodi but there's no available option on Settings>Sevice>Control.
I've also tried to scan the ip address to find the actually port but no webserver ports are open.
Someone has solved?

I can’t find this menu item “ Settings → Services → Control → Allow remote control via HTTP” in the Kodi running in batocera.linux 29.
This needs to be turned on to be able to run the Kodi Web Interface from a web browser among other features.
Please help.

Solved: Edit “advancedsettings.xml” found via File Manager -> Profile directory -> advancedsettings.xml. Open it in a text editor and delete <webserver>true</webserver>.

As noted here "“https://kodi.wiki/view/Web_interface” having “<webserver>true</webserver>” in “advancedsettings.xml” "“will hide them from the normal Kodi GUI”.

I am able to access the Web Interface now.
