I’ve been having issues getting PSX on x86 on this ThinClient I’m repurposing. I’m able to use one of the many different n64 cores to get n64 running, and that has been the hard one for me to emulate in the past on my retropie (on Raspberry Pi 3+). But that selfsame RPi3 could run PSX at 2x speed, and on the ThinClient, I can’t get it to run at full speed on either of the available cores.
On V30, I wasn’t able to get Rearmed to run at all, and updating to V31, I can get Rearmed to work better, but it’s still unplayably slow.
But because of the performance on the RPi3, I’m sure I’m just misconfiguring it or something on the ThinClient, especially because it handles N64 without issue.
I’m new to Batocera, so I’m not sure what logs/config files/etc you’d need me to get so you can see what I’m working with, but I would really like to be able to have PSX on here. If I can’t, it’s fine because I have a modded PS3 I can play my PSX games on, but it would have been nice to have all my retro in the same place.
Thanks in advance for all help you can give me.
