Retroachievements doesn't work in Batocera.

Hello, because I’m Korean, I’m not good at English. Please understand.

I installed Batocera on my laptop.

And I have activated retroachivements.

Hardcore mode, leaderboards, verbose mode, automatic screenshot, unlock sound all enabled.

And I registered on retrochievements.org.

I put the ID and PASSWORD of retrochievements.org in USERNAME and PASSWORD.

I also enabled show in main menu.

FIND ALL/NEW GAMES was also clicked once to complete the scan.

And I played the arcade game, dungeons & dragons: tower of doom.

However, anyway, retroahievements don’t work.

Even though I’ve turned off the hardcore mode, I can’t.

In Batocera, the emulator was run with FBNEO.

When I hit the “North” button in the game list, it was told not to set it to MAME in the view retroahievements, but to set it to FBNEO.

But neither FBNEO.

Do you guys work well with retroachievements with Batocera? What’s wrong with me?

Do you get any errors, when you start a game with achievements ?

It works fine here.

Retroachievements doesn’t work in my batocera (login failed ingame) but does in my retropie (other device).

EDIT: Solved deleting “system” folder in my external device (I boot batocera installed from usb but storage is in a internal HDD).
