Adjust filter and scale of shader in config file

I’ve managed to set my default shader by adjusting the config file as per this guide:

The problem is my shader of choice, crt-nes-mini, needs to be applied with a linear filter and a set scale, but it defaults to “Don’t care”.

Is there a way to set the filter and scale of my shader in the config file?
