psx bin cue etc files

with miost psx games there are many parts to it. is there any way to change the game search. like to show just .cue files etc? i tryed to edit the config file but the extensions isn't there.

i think that you can do the following, but have not tried :
rename the files you won't see as : rename game1.iso to game1.ps1
open the .cue file which is a list of files, and change .iso by .ps1

es will not show the *.ps1 files, and just show the .cue

Hi,

You can hide files 1 by 1 using select on it, "edit metadatas" then "hide "or something like that.
You can also edit /recalbox/share_init/system/.emulationstation/es_system.cfg and look for the PSX section then remove extension you dont want to show.

cannot find the folder share_init

the share_init directory is not available without accessing the batocera to ssh.
then, it's in /recalbox/share_init

im not 100% sure, bud i think to remember that the XML Scraper build a xml file and manage this right.
XML Scraper make beautiful Covers (you can chose if you want the boxart or ingame screen or both)

In the new 5.2 version it shows only the .cue files!! And the .cue file accepts blank in the name. But please NO BLANKS in the .iso file.

Example: Resident Evil 3.cue and Resident_Evil_3.iso

PS: The idea to change from .iso to .ps1 sounds lovley :-) I will try it...

u can try use a the iso buster and open the cue from that games with alot of files and save on one file only iso or img .if generate a cue u can delete .

or ussing a convertor to convert to pbp from the cue .
