Flatpak Not Working

Hello! I’ve managed to successfully install 12 Flatpak apps into Batocera (including FireFox). None of these 12 flatpak apps gave me any errors when I tried to install them. In addition, the flatpak commands work (i.e. flatpak list). I also see the folder Applications and I see all the apps that I successfully installed in the Applications list. However, when I try to run any of the applications, none of them work. It simply kicks me out back to the menu.

What am I missing or better yet, what do I need to do to get the flatpak applications to work?

toto621 Doesnt work. This is still an issue. Expecifically flatpak goes on the fritze about the time you install steam.

Same here, at some point I just did a reinstall of Batocera. After that the first few flatpaks seem to work for some time. After a reboot they all had the kickback to the mainmenu issue. Tried months to get Steam working ‘permanently’ but gave up eventually. I ended up with a dual boot Batocera/Windows 11 with steam on Windows…

I gave up for now and will try again when Batocera 37 stable is released.

By the way, too bad, but understandable that the forum is closed for now. @Atari, Thanks for the support you gave me from time to time :)
