Hi everyone,
I recently updated my system from within the ES menu as it prompted me to update after not being connected to the internet for 6 months. After the update finished downloading, I was prompted to restart the system which I did. When the system relaunched all my data was missing and I was presented with a fresh/stock instance of Batocera.
I found this odd so I disconnected my HDD from my Batocera PC and plugged into one of my Ubuntu PCs to inspect the HDD. My share partition is still there with all my data (sigh of relief). I plugged the HDD back into the Batocera PC however still the same problem. I hit F1 within the ES menu to enter file manager to inspect the Share drive however the file manager doesn’t display the Share partition at all, I also have a HDD named “proc” which was never there prior to the update either (which wasn’t visible when I checked it on the Ubuntu PC either).
I’m not sure what exactly has happened, I know I could just rectify this by installing a fresh instance of Batocera and transfer the data however that will take me a long time due to the size of my library.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! :)
