Good afternoon @nadenislamarre,
Let me congratulate you for the work that you do every day and are constantly doing to offer us one of the gratest OS for our game library. In addition, let me tell you that your OS is evolving very fast and the improvements are constant, unlike to other OS, this really deserves recognition from us, players.
I wanted to make you some suggestions to improve the OS, for example you could add a:
Demo mode, which could be activated in the emulation menu display and which would allow us to play games in background (a kind of animated standby mode). Basically a little video previously created by us or the OS, by default. Indeed, it will make Batocera more attractive, more animated. It would be like a presentation of the OS. Or as a second option, the OS could start playing games in a completely indifferent way, that is to say ramdomly, any game every X minutes to show different games.
Public Mode, which would secure the configurations and parameters pre-established by us and thus players would have only access to the games interface. Example: if someone decides to place a bartop in a public place. Common players could only change the game without having access to the parameters during their game (retroarch menu). Disable public mode by restarting Batocera or by performing a combo or via ssh. This mode would also be effective for those who decide to lend their console, so to avoid finding it completely disconfigured.
-Add optionally emulator and cores console Amiga and DS with (DeSmuME)
Thank you again and very nice work!
