Does Batocera support 8bitdo and Xbox One controller?

Hello!

I'm switching from Recalbox and very interested in Batocera.

Does this system natively support bluetooth 8bitdo controllers? How about Xbox One controller (wired)? Does it works in current Batocera version?

tavareslfelipe I just recently picked up an 8bitdo SNES30 and can confirm it works via internal Bluetooth with Batocera 5.8.

for the 8bitdo, i don't know. i guess yes.
for the xbox one, wired, yes, via bluetooth, i've a problem to fix first, hopefully in version 5.10, but not sure.

asdfgasfhsn My 8bitdo was recognized and paired, but is unstable. Nevar got more than 2 minutes pairem. Allways disconnect and i have to pair again.

Is there something more to do than pair and setup the controller in Emulationstation?

Bluetooth work fine on my Rasberry Pi 3 (Batocera 5.8 Stable)

But the bluetooth of Raspberry Pi 3 remains weak. That's why I advise you to use a bluetooth dongle CSR 4.0 🙂

tavareslfelipe I haven't given my SNES30 controllers much use yet and I've yet to experience any connectivity issues. The area which I game in is quite small, 2m x 1.6m, this may be why I haven't had any bluetooth drop outs as yet.

In your recalbox.conf modifies the line controllers.bluetooth.enabled=1 in controllers.bluetooth.enabled=0 save and switch off your Batocera

Plug in your bluetooth dongle as well as your controller, start the Batocera. Once on the ES menu, wait 10 seconds, unplug your controller.

I'm from Brazil and i buyed this control "DHJ" (PS3 bluetooth Model) and it's working like a charm im my raspberry ... No delays observed and not necessary the bluetooth dongle ...the internal bluetooth is working very well in this case with my Rasp Pi 3 and this DHJ Bluetooth control.

Hi. I have using orange pi pc using batoerca Linux and have problem pairing with 8bit M30 controller . It will connect but the after off the machine , I will have a hard pairing again. Can anyone help ?
