Boot issue after remove power supply cord

Hi there, new user here.

I recently built and tiny emulation PC for using only with a TV and USB Gamepad (no keyboard or mouse)

PC specs:

ANTEC ISK 300-150 case with external 120W power supply (like laptop ones)

Intel I3-2100

ASrock H61M-ITX p 1.00

4gb DDR3

ATI Radeon HD 6450 1GB

SSD Samsung 850 EVO 250gb

BATOCERA 31 2021/06/15 installed on ssd

linux 5.10.33 / x86_64

So, everything runs fine until I disconnected the cord of the power supply from the PC. Once connected, appear a screen like I attach

I have to press F1 and then batocera boots up correctly.

If I shutdown the system and turn on the PC without remove power cord from PC, batocera boots up normally without ask me nothing.

What can I do to remove this messagge to press F1?

sounds like an issue with your motherboard.

try with a new bios-battery

fixed, the new CMOS battery worked!
