what exactly do you mean with “fit television screen”?

does the screen of your TV have a 16/9 aspect ratio and you want your 4/3 games to be stretched to not have bezels/black bars on the sides?

or do you experience overscan (a cropped image on the top/down or sides of the screen)?

then have a look into the manual of your TV and try to turn off overscan there (on LG TVs it is called “Just Scan” for example)
