Using image from computer (64-bit) for raspberry pi3?

A few days ago I installed batocera.linux on a microsd for boot on my computer (64 bits batocera.linux), my question is:
Can I use that microsd for boot from raspberry pi 3 or I need to download batocera.linux for RPI3 and after that copy my roms to that installation?

you cannot.
each build is for different hardware.
while almost all pc uses the same hardware (x86 or x86_64), raspberries uses arm (armv7, aarch64)
this is not compatible hardware.

Thanks nadenislamarre , But can I copy/paste roms and bios folders when I install Batocera on RPI3 and it works well?

yes, you can copy the bios,rom and savefile folders.
