Share partition

Hi @nadenislamarre !! I have this problem: I'm using Ubuntu on my laptop. When I connect the batocera SDcard (mounted for rpi) by an USB adapter, I can see the SHARED partion with roms, bios, etc, but I can't add/modify any file.. same thing if I connect an USB drive mounted with batocera X64.. Share folder seems to be read only.. is there a method to add roms using my laptop and ubuntu instead using lan or winscp? Thank you!

it's because you need to be root.
files are not own by your user even on an usb key on ubuntu.

yes, open for example nautilius as root:
sudo nautilus

best would be to mount usb with user right, but i don't know if that's easyly possible under ubuntu.
