yes, but the iGPU of the i5-6500T (Intel HD Graphics 530) is not powerful enough for most 3d PS2 games. Maybe some less demanding 2d titles could run full speed (or nearly full speed) but for more demanding 3d titles like God of War for example you will only have very low fps, i guess.
you would need a dedicated graphics card like nvidia gtx 750 Ti, gt 1030 or gtx 1050 for example, to play more demanding 3d titles in full speed (and depending on the power of your GPU you could then upscale the internal render resolution to 2x (720p) or even greater).
