Problem controller X360 with all capcom horror games

Hello there,
i can't play correctly on the Capcom horror games like Dino crisis 1 & 2, Resident Evil code veronica, with my xbox360 controller . In fact i can't raise my weapon with R2 or R1 buttons or else "draw weapon" for shooting
can you tell me if you have some solution for fix that ?

I tryed on dino crisis 1 on PS1 & Dreamcast same results with two different 360 controllers.

I found the problem
when I tried to configure my 360 controllers in controller setup of BATOCERA
it does not recognize correctly the buttons LT and RT
it marks AXY-5 or AXY-2 instead of "button 10 or other" like for other buttons?
when I try to configure LT or RT it jumps even boxes.

what can i do for it correctly recognize this 2 buttons please ?
