Can my laptop handle Wii u and PS3 games

I have an AMD 9600p Radeon R5 can it handle Wii u games?? AMD pcx3 games as well thanks

Nero highly unlikely, pre ryzen amds are notoriously bad for emulation, because of the low single core performance.
