PCSX2 advanced game setttings not accepted in latest beta

So I saw the latest beta added finaly black borders to pcsx2 4:3 games, thats works great, huge thanks, But pcsx2 config doesnt run and per game advanced settings are ignored. I Tried to delete the config inis but no result. Anybody has an idea for fix? Thanks

Beta means “not tested”. There will be issues. If you’d like to best-test for Batocera, please provide the appropriate logs/support files to help us solve the issue.
Otherwise, we can only recommend using the stable release.
