Hi there! I own two Raspberries Pi 1B+ and a Raspberry Pi 4 B. I’ve tried various versions of Batocera without issues. Now I’m doing a fresh install of Batocera 32 on a new Raspberry Pi 3 A+. The image I’m using is batocera-rpi3-32-20210926 and it is running from a 128GB Sandisk Ultra SD card. The installation and basic setup went fine and my generic USB SNES gamepad (which I use on Batocera 32 on my RPis 1B+) works as intended. But when I try to load a game it takes ages (maybe 5 minutes) or they won’t load at all. These are games that run without issues on my RPis 1B+.
I tried to follow the answer in this thread, but I don’t see a “System Settings > Developer >Use OMX player (HW accelerated)” option on Batocera 32.
Other than that, I tried the latest Raspberry Pi OS (Bullseye) on this Raspberry Pi 3 A+ and it was fine.
Any hints? Thanks in advance!
Edit: my current workaround is a fresh install of Batocera 31 instead of 32. I’d still want to try Batocera 32, mainly for “libretro/Duckstation for PlayStation 1”.
