I have a question as a novice. i would like to configurate myself a batocera console with a mini PC. Could you adice me which config I should buy to emulate:

all the way up to the Gamecube and
all the way up to the Nintendo switch
3 if possible with batocera all the way to PS4

I will then choose depending on the price of the different congigs

Unfortunately no PS4 emulator on Batocera (yet).
Also no (official) support for Switch on Batocera.
But theoretically if you could do both of those, I would recommend at least a RTX 2070 and any modern i5/i7 or Ryzen CPU. You are not likely to find these components in mini PCs, though.
