Hi,
I started using Batocera recently and i have to say i absolutely love it. But i stumbled upon a little problem, maybe someone here will be able to help me out.
I was meesing around with PSX settings trying to figure out what emulator with what graphics setting will get me optimal performacne on my little old Optiplex i have setup as an emualtion station. I got far better performance with Duckstation than any other emulator, but it looks like Duckstation doesnt like my XBOX 360 controller, and that makes games unplayable.
So what is the problem?
“Start” is where L3 is (i have to press the left analog in order to press “start”)
R1 is where the XBOX logo button is
D-PAD, left analog, A,B,X,Y are ok.
Dont know about the rest.
Do you know what could be caousing this?
- The problem is only when using XBOX 360 controller and Duckstation emulator
- When trying out any other controller i have (cheapest NES, SNES USB controllers, Speedlink Strike NX) there is no problem with Duckstation, every button is where it is supossed to be
- When using XBOX 360 controller and any other emulator there is no problem with button mapping.
I tried to remap the controller in duckstation setup in “F1 => Applications”, but it doesnt change anything.
I tried to outsmart the Duckstation and remapped the buttons in Batocera with switched “start” with “L3” and “Xbox logo” with “R2”, but i ended up with even bigger mess.
Anyone have an idea how to solve this issue?
