Help running recalbox-install.sh

Hi eceryone!! i'm trying to install Batocera in an old noteboo, and i dont have the chance the get the HDD connected to my computter to burn the iso, so i need to do it from a live usb, and the run this script trough ssh...
Can anyone help me on how to achieve this? i've managed to find the script but i cant figure out how to run it.... i always get error 🙁

Edit: i've found that if you press F1, you get to a file explorer, in there i went to this script folder and tried to execute, and execute in shell, but nothing happens either 🙁

Yay this post can ble closed now hahha i got help on the irc 🙂 thanks to kos-mos1 guided me trough

if it helps anyone who comes after me, i just connected trough ssh (on a mac terminal)
And i ended on "system" folder, so i had to CD .. two times to get to root folder, then enter Recalbox/scripts

and there just typed ./recalbox-install.sh sda x86 (32 bits processor or x86_64 for 64 bits)

And that's all...
