Buko after update to v33 there is Cubeb and FAudio instead of ALSA and OpenAL, but for Cubeb there is info failed to open audio backend, make sure that no other application is running that might block audio access (eg. Netflix). on FAudio there is also the same message but with “using null renderer instead”. What’s going on? There is also a problem with navigation sounds in batocera and kodi, they are not working, dunno why, maybe it’s related with these problems, since device is in use and cannot play navigation sounds?
Bato Hallo I had the same trables. Flash Batocera on USB, START Biosfile in the bios ordner, restart. Open RPSC3, make your Settings and click on save, importent Vulkan and faudio. Install Firmware, Restart By me works perfekt in v33. LG
Aian Hi, I have the same problem as Buko. I get the Cubeb error in RSCP3 with Version 33 but, there’s audio in everything else? I installed Batocera on a clean install with the X64 version and same error. I then tried the NUC version after wiping the hard drive and reinstall the NUC version? I get the same error? Im using AMD 2700x CPU, 16gbs of ram and a GTX 1070ti but, a reinstall did not work? Regards, Aian
