I’m moving from Raspberry Pi 4 to more powerful machine using existing hardware. Had a second pc around, an intel 5960x, 1080ti with 36gb. Overkill but you might get my excitement to install steam rather than use steamlink with its input lag and latency issues. So x86_46 I go!
My machine was going great with other emulators until I went to Flatpak to install Steam. It said the installation was complete, but even after restating the app refuses to show up. Also while flatpak lists Steam under my applications, if I go back to suggested, the install button is green again. I even tried installing it under SSH to have the same issue.
Initially I thought it was Steam, but I tried Firefox and Steam Link to have the same issue. I did notice one common error when installing: cp: ‘/usr/share/icons/hicolor/index.theme’: No such file or directory
The only other thing I can think of, is that everytime i boot up Flatpak, get a notification that there’s a new bauh version available (0.9.27). Could that be the issue? How do i update it?
