No audio device listed in Audio Output list

Hi, I installed Batocera v31, because im my PC was the only version that works (if you asked I tried v33, 32 and it freezes when try to used Batocera, only works correctly with v31), everything is working good, I added some roms, I configured my joystick, all good to this moment, but I have no audio, neither in emulationstation nor in games, nothing, zero audio, and when I checked in Menu>System>Audio Output, I only can see listed HDMI outputs, but my monitor doesn’t have speakers, I use a wired headphone connected to a jack.

So, what can I do it to make it work with the audio jack output, because I can find any solution in forum, discord or google, please any help wold be appreciate it.

Unfortunately, it was v32 that introduced many fixes to audio handling in Batocera.

Atari I have tried to do everything is listed in that troubleshooting page, but nothing applies to my issue.

My Celeron N3350 (Apollo Lake) The situation is the same for personal computers.

After v32, if you can’t load the sound device, it will start up much slower, but it works fine after booting. I’m installing a USB analog sound device until I know the cause (startup time is normal)

arpeag If you could be more descriptive that would help find the issue. In that page, you would have gone through many instances where you would have gotten output via SSH on information of your audio. What were they? Could you print them here?
