Yko73 Oh, so the computer you’re actually using is a Raspberry Pi? My bad, I should have gleamed that from the topic you had posted this in. It really does look like a bog-standard laptop.
Anyway, I would sooner assume that the issue is related purely to the dock. Probably a driver issue, most likely an issue with Batocera being 64-bit and the driver being 32-bit. If I were you I would inform the manufacturer of the “lapdock”.
In the meantime, it would be worth trying the various things suggested for attachable screens on the wiki: https://wiki.batocera.org/add_tft_screen_rpi_only
The RPi build of Batocera does not use xrandr, in case you were wondering why certain commands aren’t working.
