ssh banner for fun

just for fun, does anybody know how to put a ssh banner on batocera?
and by the way restrict also password authentification

i know batocera use dropbear for ssh, but couldn't find a solution

The problem is that any changes made through ssh take not effect after reboot.
I was research for this, but i didn' t find solution. I read some in a post but i don't find it.

I made a test but not works.

First create a file
/etc/default/dropbear

write this line

DROPBEAR_BANNER="/pathtofile"

pathofile= the file that contain your banner.

Keep changes and reboot. This works on linux system(on my lubuntu)but not work in batocera.
I tried
